So, it is the end of the summer and school has started. Sadly, because it is my junior year, colleges and admissions are becoming an increasingly stressful and important topic throughout my life. I have begun to plan out my year of standardized test and extracurricular, and if I say so myself, it looks terrifying. SO many test and I have to try to succeed on all of them.

Anyways, besides that obnoxious but equally important to my future stuff, I have come to a possible solution to my recent problem involving the current robotics project I am doing.

The problem was with the length of the tether (that communicate data from the controller to the robot underwater) and the strength of the signal. The tether and the Arduino communications protocol (i2c) I am using don't work because the signal strength dies between the transmitter and receiver. The longer the tether gets, the lower and weaker the signal becomes. However, I think I found a solution online. Yesssssss. Well, almost. I have found a module (i2c P82B715 Module Sandbox Electronics) that will amplify the signal being transmitted through my tether making it so the information won't get lost due to the extensive length I am requiring. But, the module is pretty expensive and I am not using a twisted pair tether, so I don't even know if it will work.

I know what you are saying. "But Miles, if you don't try, you won't know." And YES, I known this, so I am probably going to order it and test it for myself. Oh... I also forgot to mention that it is going to take a month to ship to me because the online's shop I am using has a deadly slow postal service.

That's okay though, I shall figure it out like always. Maybe

bye :|
